The data controller is the Croatian Geological Survey. Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR) and applicable regulations of the Republic of Croatia. The collected data is used exclusively for the purpose of processing the request and is not used for other purposes, except when appropriate legal grounds exist. The data subject has the right to request access to their personal data, rectification of inaccurate data, restriction of processing, erasure of data when legal conditions are met, and to exercise other rights under the GDPR.
